The Fabric Friends Quilting Group

of The Danbury Museum & Historical Society

Join us on the first Monday of the month from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m.

This group began thanks to a local senior citizen who donated 550 yards of fabric and to

Fairfield Processing/Fairfield World who regularly donate the batting required to create these wonderful quilts.

We enjoy these social gatherings and our time spent learning about quilting from one another.

If you have cotton fabric or batting that you would like to donate, please give us a call at 203-743-5200,

or drop in to the museum on a Saturday.

The Fabric Friends

meet monthly and work together to create

lap-sized comfort quilts for

Danbury Hospital patients.

Our next meeting is February 6, 2017.

5:00 p.m.

The Fabric Friends of The Danbury Museum & Historical Society donate more comfort quilts to the WCHN Foundation at Danbury Hospital.

As of  January 2017, they have created and donated 216 comfort quilts.
