The grounds and historic buildings of the Danbury Museum can provide a perfect setting for your next event, be it a wedding, baby or wedding shower, family reunion, or business meeting. Huntington Hall, the Rider House, Marian Anderson Studio and the museum gardens are available for rental for your next gathering!

SCHEDULE OF RATES

 

WEEKEND (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday except certain holidays)     

Based on Four Hour Rental

 

Danbury Resident:   $400.00

Non-Resident:   $500.00

 

Security Deposit (refundable)  $100.00

Exceeds # Hours, but not Curfew $100.00 per hour*

Exceeds Curfew (whether or not exceeds # Hours)  $200.00 per hour*

Per contract, the failure by user to properly clean after event  $250.00 per hour*

 

Charges for Overtime (over 6 hours): Loss of security deposit and charged for additional fees to cover eight hour rental based on user residence status. Please see contract package for further explanation.



WEEKDAY (Monday, through Thursday)

Daytime

Daytime hours begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m.

  2. Non-profit Organizations and Service Clubs

  3. $ 50.00 per hour*

  4. Danbury-based Non-profit, Service Clubs, City Agencies

  5. $ 20.00 per hour*

  6. Security Deposit (refundable)  $ 150.00

 

Evening

Evening hours begin at 5:00 p.m. and end at 9:00

  1. General  $ 75.00 per hour*

  2. Non-profit, Service Clubs  $ 40.00 per hour*

  3. Danbury-based Non-profit, Service Club, City Agencies  $ 35.00 per hour*

  4. Security Deposit (refundable)  $150.00

 

EXTRAS

Failure by user to properly clean after event per contract  $250.00 per hour*

Luncheons, dinners, showers, and receptions are welcome in Huntington Hall.

Service organizations often use Huntington Hall for projects. This group includes the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Children of the American Revolution creating cards for Veterans.
